On artificial intelligence: we do not sell development with AI. We sell judgement about which parts of AI can go into production and which cannot. What is deterministic gets tested and goes in; what cannot be tested gets bounded, measured and stated.
A call and a one- or two-page scope document: what it does, what it does not do, what it integrates with and how we will know it is finished. The price comes from that.
Something in production every two or three weeks, with a demo. Payment is per delivery, not per date.
