What data is processed and why
When you send the contact form or the budget calculator form, we store your name, company, website, email, the text and answers you gave and any files you attach. They are used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare the call or proposal you asked for and follow up on that conversation.
If you ask for the calculator's budget, we use your address to email it to you. There are no recurring commercial mailings and no newsletter: only answers to what you asked for.
Attached files are stored on our server, are not public and are only read by Kokorosoft to study your case. Do not attach other people's personal data or information you are not free to share; if you need a non-disclosure agreement before sending anything, ask and we will sign it.
When you write to info@kokorosoft.com, the email is filed together with your address so that I can reply and keep the history of the conversation.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Articles 6.1(a) and 6.1(b) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact email; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and at most two years from the last contact, unless a contract exists, in which case it is kept for as long as tax and commercial law require.
Recipients
No data is shared with third parties. The systems where it is stored (an own server in the European Union and IONOS email) act as processors under contract. There are no international transfers outside the European Economic Area except with adequate safeguards.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, restrict or object to its processing and ask for its portability by writing to the contact email. If you believe the processing is not correct, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Analytics
The site uses visitor analytics with no cookies and no personal identifiers, which cannot recognise a visitor across sessions.
In addition, and only if you accept in the notice that appears when you arrive, we load cookie-based analytics to learn what gets read and how far people get. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie policy. The providers act as data processors and may process the data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the standard contractual clauses. If you do not accept, they are not loaded.
