What data is processed and why

When you send the contact form or the budget calculator form, the name, company, email and the text or answers you gave are stored. They are used only to answer your enquiry, prepare the call or proposal you asked for, and follow up on that conversation.

When you write to info@kokorosoft.com, the email is filed together with your address so that I can reply and keep the history of the conversation.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Articles 6.1(a) and 6.1(b) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact email; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and at most two years from the last contact, unless a contract exists, in which case it is kept for as long as tax and commercial law require.

Recipients

No data is shared with third parties. The systems where it is stored (an own server in the European Union and IONOS email) act as processors under contract. There are no international transfers outside the European Economic Area except with adequate safeguards.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, restrict or object to its processing and ask for its portability by writing to the contact email. If you believe the processing is not correct, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Analytics

The site uses visit analytics without cookies or personal identifiers, which cannot recognise a visitor across sessions. That is why there is no consent banner.
